At Devkison Designs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
We only accept returns in the following situations:
The product received is damaged
The wrong product was delivered
Returns will not be accepted for any other reason.
Return Request Time
Customers must request a return within 3 days of receiving the order.
To process a return request, customers must:
Record a complete unboxing video while opening the package
Clearly show the package label and product condition in the video
Send the video proof to our email: devkisondesigner@gmail.com
Without an unboxing video, return or refund requests may be rejected.
Return Charges
A return handling charge of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers are responsible for safely returning the product to us.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in original condition
The product must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
Valid proof (unboxing video and order details) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Customized or personalized products
Used, washed, or damaged items caused by customer handling
Products without original packaging or tags
Products returned without proper proof of damage/wrong item
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
Refund amount will be sent using the original payment method

We recommend using a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit or a gift refund after the returned item is received and approved.
